Our take
The Heater 3.0 from Pacific Golf is a premium take on single-length irons. The 39-inch length is longer than most, which took some getting used to, but the graphite shafts and jumbo grips made it easy on the joints. The black plasma finish looks sharp and resists glare. The set includes 4 through sand wedge, so you're covered. I did find the regular flex graphite a bit whippy; stronger swingers might want stiff. At $450, it's an investment, but the quality is evident: nice feel, good distance consistency. If you have a deliberate tempo and like a lighter setup, these are worth considering.
